Kazakhstani investors to build solar power plant on Issyk-Kul

It is planned to build a solar power plant in Issyk-Kul region with the participation of Kazakh capital. President Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev said this at a briefing in Bishkek, reports Qazaq Green with reference to 24.kg 

The President of Kazakhstan noted that the state will continue to protect the interests of foreign investors, which will positively affect the investments of Kazakh companies in Kyrgyzstan.

It is planned to build a solar power plant in Issyk-Kul region with the participation of Kazakh capital. The cost of the project will be $300 million, he said.

Today the President of Kazakhstan has arrived in Bishkek with an official visit. The meeting of heads of states was held in the State Residence «Ala-Archa-1».

Within the framework of the official visit of the leader of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev to Kyrgyzstan, 14 bilateral documents were signed.
