Kairat Bolatovich Rakhimov was born in 1985 in Temirtau.
He graduated from Karaganda State Technical University, Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, and Seoul National University.
He started his career in 2006 as an electrician in "Karaganda-Zharyk" LLP.
In 2007-2009 worked as a leading specialist, expert of Departments of the Agency for Regulation of Natural Monopolies.
2009-2021 - Chief expert of the Department of the Agency for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. - Chief expert of the Department, Head of the Department, Deputy Director of the Department, Director of the Department, Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
